Fulton & Roark
Men's Fragrance Bottle

Project Scope:

Fulton & Roark approached us looking to design and develop a cologne version of their existing Blue Ridge wax fragrance. They provided some inspirational imagery along with rough sketches to convey the look they were going for. I quickly generated some sketches for initial feedback which I then refined into 1:1 scale photorealistic renderings that I shared with the team.

Company: Jansy Packaging

Initial Ideation

Taking inspiration from the document shared by the client I began by creating some pen sketches. At this stage, I mainly focused on the form and potential finishes to gauge their aesthetic direction. Once shared, they provided some additional feedback but approved all the concepts for further development.

Concept Refinement

The first round of concepts were presented with renderings that I designed and developed using 3D software. Each one was made to the desired fill weight of 50ml with proper manufacturing methods considered. During this phase, I collaborated with our engineering team to ensure feasibility.

Material & Finish Considerations

- Aluminum over caps (Anodized and Textured)

- Overmolded silicone details

- Laser etched steel plates

- Magnetic cap closures

- Tinted glass
